International Study for Teaching Debate held the 2nd International Conference on Parliamentary Debate Education on 12th August 2019 in Kyushu University Ito campus. In this conference, debater, professor, librarian and business person discussed situations, achievements and future perspectives of debate education.

Beside speakers, a lot of people such as a legendary debater, high school student, Kyushu university students, and high school teachers joined it, which showed that a variety of people has interests in debate education.
